Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in business, project management, information systems or related field.
• Experience in business analysis or project coordination roles.
• Understanding of requirements gathering, process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and common PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support small initiatives and assist PMs in planning, execution and closing phases.
• Track timelines, tasks and deliverables to meet milestones.
• Help define project scope, objectives and deliverables aligned to goals.
• Assist in developing plans, timelines, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to stay aligned on goals.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication and status updates.
• Identify risks and assist in mitigation with senior PMs.
• Support budget monitoring and resource balancing.
• Contribute to quality standards and testing processes.
• Prepare performance reports and post-project evaluations.
