Job summary

Axos Bank in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Program Manager to own and manage a portfolio of business banking and treasury management programs from ideation through launch and optimization.

You'll build roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and provide executive reporting, while aligning cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.

Strong communication, analytical skills, and experience with treasury products essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or implementation within banking or fintech.
• Demonstrated experience with treasury management products and services in a business banking environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of business banking and treasury management programs from ideation through launch and post-implementation optimization.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting regulatory, compliance and risk requirements.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of treasury management products for the Business Banking group including ACH, Wires, RDC, Bill Pay, Fraud Controls, and Entitlements.
• Partner with Product and Operations to define business requirements, workflows, SLAs, and success metrics.
• Coordinate vendor implementations and integrations (payments processors, core banking, digital platforms, fraud tools).
• Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and scale treasury onboarding, servicing, and operational processes.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and repeatable frameworks to support future program launches.
• Track KPIs such as adoption, activation, revenue contribution, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
