AmeriHome Mortgage is seeking a Corporate Strategy Project Analyst to support the PMO with centralized execution, reporting, and governance across initiatives. You will collaborate with PMs, BAs, SMEs, and leadership to manage dashboards, tickets, workflows, and project artifacts.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to coordinate scheduling, demos, and take-aways for active projects. A related bachelor's degree and 1+ years in PM are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management experience or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Entry-level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending.
• Entry-level to intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain dashboards, workspaces, and project artifacts.
• Monitor tickets, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups.
• Support intake, prioritization, and workflow management.
• Enable cost-benefit analysis through structured data gathering.
• Own recurring and ad-hoc reporting and executive decks.
