• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Project support: assist the project manager with development/execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Stakeholder management: engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication.
• Risk assessment: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Contract administration: support reviewing, negotiating, and managing vendor/supplier contracts.
• Project documentation: maintain plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
