Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in New York, NY is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Retail Construction Projects Team. You will assist in managing budgets, schedules, and quality control on retail projects for a financial services client.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, prepare project documentation, and help manage small works as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years' PM experience are required; travel may be required; this on-site role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in overseeing project development and execution.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with vendors.
• Maintain project documentation including plans and reports.
• Support project teams and coordinate meetings and site visits.
