Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and coordinate BMT medical device projects. You will work under a Program Manager to drive deliverables, manage budgets and resources, and mentor cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

The role involves collaboration across cardiovascular, diagnostic imaging, and sustaining engineering, with a focus on process improvements and PMO practices. Hybrid work is expected with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management processes and leadership dimensions.
• 3+ years in a research, product development or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in resource or budget management and/or business process management.

Responsibilities

• Support definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop key project documents (plans, schedules, etc.).
• Support core team development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor project budget and resource allocations.
• Create high-level plans and schedules for prioritization.
• Document meetings, issues/decision logs, and deliverables.
• Develop milestones and budget performance metrics.
• Provide direction to project team and ensure accountability.
• Maintain technical files and design history files.
