The position emphasizes collaboration with project teams, budgeting oversight, and adherence to safety standards in dynamic construction environments. AAS/BS degrees and PM-system proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency with computer-based project management and related systems.
• Ability to safely navigate job sites and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning and allocating resources to meet objectives.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring financial progress through the lifecycle.
• Aid in monitoring timelines, risks, and delays.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders for alignment and transparency.
• Collaborate with team to deliver mechanical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontracts, and labor for project success.
• Review invoice amounts with clients and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain daily log of activities and correspondence.
