You will coordinate material procurement, track quantities, review submittals and RFIs, and support critical project communications across field and office operations. In this hands-on role you will help monitor schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and stakeholder communications to keep projects on track, delivering high-quality mechanical solutions for commercial and industrial

Qualifications

• Requires 0–5 years of experience in construction or engineering.
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or AAS in construction-related field preferred.
• Proficiency with computer-based project management systems.
• Ability to safely navigate job sites; climb ladders and stairs to review work.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning and allocating resources to meet objectives.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive budgets and monitor financial progress.
• Help monitor timelines and milestones, identify risks and delays.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team to deliver mechanical solutions.
• Assist in ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
