Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help deliver automation and control projects.

You will work under the guidance of a Project Manager to coordinate execution, maintain project controls, and ensure schedules, quality, and budget expectations are met. You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams while communicating with customers and trade partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related technical experience in engineering, PM or business.
• 0-3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial, automation, or systems integration environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Assist with project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.
