Thermo Systems LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to help deliver automation projects from execution to commissioning. You will coordinate teams across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field services, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 0 to 3+ years of experience supporting project delivery in industrial/automation environments.
• Exposure to structured project execution methods and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from execution through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, fabrication, software, and field teams.
• Track risks, issues, and change orders with documentation.
• Assist with project documentation, reports, and gate deliverables.
