You will follow AVI-SPL project management principles and develop skills toward managing smaller projects and advancing to Project Manager. This role emphasizes collaboration with customers and internal teams, requires travel, and offers benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an assistant Project Manager or project coordinator.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PDF software.
• Ability to manage tasks and resources to meet objectives.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel to job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR meeting AVI-SPL standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow AVI-SPL standard processes.
• Review contract documents and schedules.
• Manage tasks and milestones for the project team.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Respond to customer questions promptly.
• Compile progress reports and escalate issues.
• Support change orders and documentation.
• Ensure closeout/as-built documentation is filed.
• Build strong customer relationships for on-time delivery.
• Help achieve AVI-SPL Net Promoter Score goals.
