Great Northern Chippewa Falls is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on coordinating customer projects, communicating with Account Managers, and supporting strategic initiatives.

You will help onboard strategic accounts, nurture relationships, and drive quotations and pricing discussions to move projects forward. The position offers growth within local and national facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication with customers and account managers.

Responsibilities

• Understand current state of customer projects and deadlines; coordinate to achieve results.
• Communicate with customers and Account Managers about Instore projects and special needs.
• Assist VP of Sales Development and Account Managers with internal/external value-added programs (cost downs, RFPs, margin enhancements, strategic projects).
• Assist in onboarding of new strategic accounts and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers.
• Support existing business and growth opportunities with key strategic accounts; provide quotations, negotiate pricing, offer alternatives, and drive projects through the system.
• Facilitate communication between strategic accounts, account managers, and internal staff to maintain momentum on projects/orders.
