Job summary

Great Northern Chippewa Falls is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on coordinating customer projects, communicating with Account Managers, and supporting strategic initiatives.

You will help onboard strategic accounts, nurture relationships, and drive quotations and pricing discussions to move projects forward. The position offers growth within local and national facilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand current state of customer projects and deadlines; coordinate to achieve results.
• Communicate with customers and Account Managers about Instore projects and special needs.
• Assist VP of Sales Development and Account Managers with internal/external value-added programs (cost downs, RFPs, margin enhancements, strategic projects).
• Assist in onboarding of new strategic accounts and nurture long-term relationships with strategic customers.
• Support existing business and growth opportunities with key strategic accounts; provide quotations, negotiate pricing, offer alternatives, and drive projects through the system.
• Facilitate communication between strategic accounts, account managers, and internal staff to maintain momentum on projects/orders.

Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking a Associate Project Manager to join our growing team! Are you ready to make a difference? Our Associate Project Manager's Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Daily schedule can be flexible.

Responsibilities:

• Understands the current state of customer projects and deadlines and assures necessary coordination is being achieved, and step in as necessary in order to achieve desired results.
• Communicates with customers and Account Managers about the specifics of Instore projects or their special needs.
• Assist the VP of Sales Development and Account Managers with internal and external value added programs such as cost downs, RFPs, margin enhancements, and/or strategic projects.
• Assist in onboarding of new strategic accounts and n urture long-term relationships with strategic customers.
• Support existing business and growth opportunities with key strategic accounts to include providing quotations and negotiating pricing, providing quality alternatives and solutions to customers’ expressed wants and needs and driving projects through the system.
• Facilitate communication between key strategic accounts, account manager and internal staff to efficiently maintain positive momentum on all projects, orders, or initiatives.
