Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-2 years’ experience in a biopharmaceutical environment including laboratory, manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, etc.
• 0-2 years’ experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management, planning and tracking of activities for multiple project teams across products, functions, and sites.
• Develop schedules and performance requirements; ensure project goals are met on time.
• Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication across functional areas within the project/program.
• Assist with managing vendor relationships as needed.
• Facilitate project and product development teams by determining project team composition and preparing organizational charts.
• Evaluate sources for project information and disseminate to relevant employees and outside partners.
• Analyze resources and priorities to be applied to assigned projects.
• Update project plan timelines and assess activity for potential issues.
• Identify best practices to facilitate standardization and coordination across disciplines.
• Present technical information to senior staff concerning projects, schedules, budgets.
• Informs management of progress and potential challenges in a timely manner.
• Educate ADMA project teams on the efficient use of PM tools (MS Project/Smartsheet).
• Educate project team members across all functions on how to contribute to projects.
