Job summary
ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide engineering, project management, manufacturing and maintenance support at the GMP site. You will lead capital projects, develop commissioning plans, review P&IDs, support CAPA and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve process efficiency and reliability.
The role requires 10+ years in pharma/biotech, strong writing and communication, and cGMP expertise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical/biological manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading mid-to-large scale engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to develop and review process flow diagrams and P&IDs and manage CAPAs.
Responsibilities
- Manage mid-to-large engineering projects, plan schedules, and control costs.
- Develop commissioning plans for process and utility systems.
- Create and review P&IDs and process diagrams for new and modified systems.
- Direct and assist in capital projects and provide load calculations for utilities.
