Job summary

care.ai is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to lead cross‑functional delivery from Sales transition through Services, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, quality, and budget.

You will direct delivery teams, track milestones and P&L, facilitate regular status meetings, and align delivery with the care.ai Solutions Deployment Methodology. Southeast US applicants in AL preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with project management software; Monday.com and JIRA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network architecture, firewall requirements, and infrastructure components.
• Understanding of clinical workflows and hospital environments gained through healthcare experience preferred.
• Must be located within the Southeast region of the United States.
• Candidates from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements from Sales transition through final delivery and transition to Services.
• Deliver high-quality care.ai solutions meeting business, customer satisfaction, budget, and schedule requirements.
