Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead multi-site healthcare site launches in the United States, starting with West Palm Beach. You will own end-to-end execution, coordinate a broad set of workstreams, and drive operational readiness across real estate, construction, onboarding, IT, and credentialing.

You will report to the VP of Operations, manage the de novo playbook, and ensure on-time go-lives while communicating risks and milestones to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally spanning real estate, construction, multi-site healthcare operations, or M&A.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-workstream projects with numerous internal and external stakeholders.
  • PMP or other project management certification preferred.
  • Experience coordinating real estate, lease negotiation, construction/buildout, employee onboarding, and IT deployment timelines preferred.
  • Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth healthcare organizations preferred.
  • Multi-state operational experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of new PRM location launches from initial site selection through operational go-live.
  • Own and maintain the master de novo project tracker across active site openings.
  • Monitor task status, dependencies, estimated versus actual timelines, and flag at-risk or delayed items.
  • Coordinate operational preparation and go-live, including provider credentialing, patient scheduling, clinic staffing, and transition from telehealth to in-person visits.
  • Manage move-in activities, including Certificate of Occupancy, FF&E and supplies delivery, punch list walkthroughs, movers, and commencement-date confirmation.
  • Physically attend on-site reviews, walkthroughs, and go-live coordination.
  • Coordinate design and construction vendors, floorplans, FF&E budgets and ordering, TI allowance and buildout costs, and IT equipment ordering and installation.
  • Report site-opening status, timeline variances, and key risks to finance and operational leadership.
  • Refine the de novo playbook and tracker template based on lessons learned.
  • Manage the provider recruiting workstream, including candidate identification, negotiations, non-compete review, offers, and credentialing timelines.
  • Manage market analysis and site selection workstreams, including MSA/Buxton analysis, de novo P&L models, board presentations, broker-led surveys, site tours, and RFP processes.
  • Manage lease negotiations, including drafting, redlines, tenant insurance sign-off, lease execution, and upfront payment milestones.
  • Drive accountability across departments and external counterparties through recurring status meetings, bottleneck resolution, and escalation of at-risk items.
  • Report to the VP of Operations and work closely with the Chief of Staff and key leadership.
