3MD Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to define approach, structure project delivery, and drive the successful completion of multi-month initiatives. You will coordinate 1–3 technical teams and the client, ensure alignment with strategy, and manage scope, risks, and change.
This role requires strong planning, communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Bachelor’s degree and 7–10+ years of experience are required, with healthcare industry experience preferred.

The Senior Project Manager will create structure and define an approach that will facilitate the collection, clear communication, and ultimate delivery of Project goals and objectives. The Project Manager will work on scopes that are relatively well defined. Project complexity is expected to be moderate with associated levels of risk and business impact. Projects are expected to run for several months in duration and are composed of 1-3 technical teams and the Client. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
This position is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multi-function printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.
