Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking an assistant to the project engineering focal to support the completion of programs. The role involves assisting with SOW development, coordinating with management, and ensuring small-scale projects progress on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will help identify and manage changes to the SOW, collaborate with various departments and vendors, and communicate progress to upper management using current presentation techniques.

Qualifications

• Assists the project engineer with the statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research, ongoing development and new business requirements.
• Works with project engineer and management to obtain SOW approval.
• Assists the project engineer with identifying and managing changes to SOW, assesses the impact of those changes, and incorporates as required.
• Negotiates proposed changes with the project engineer to determine modifications to deliverables, resources, costs and schedules.
• Communicates clearly with the engineering team, other departments, and vendors as required to facilitate smooth completion of the engineering package.

Responsibilities
