About the Role

The Regulatory team is at the forefront of navigating the complex, fast-moving legal and regulatory landscapes that shape the future of the company's Mobility and Delivery business lines. Our mission is to ensure seamless compliance, maintain our operational licenses, and proactively manage relationships with local regulators.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of regulatory, legal, and operational projects, including:

• Regulatory Inquiry & Investigation Management: Project managing, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive responses to regulatory inquiries, data requests, requests for information, internal reviews, and reporting.
• Compliance & Licensing Research: Assisting the legal team with deep-dive research into local statutes, regulations, and city license requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Public Filings & Submissions: Preparing electronic filings and public comments with local regulators.
• Certification & Application Oversight: Managing the end-to-end process of obtaining necessary permits.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in either big firm or in-house legal department
• Experience in researching statutes and/or regulations is essential

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.

You will be eligible to participate in the company's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
