Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in either big firm or in-house legal department.
• Experience in researching statutes and/or regulations is essential
• B.A./B.S. or paralegal certificate

Responsibilities

• Regulatory inquiry & investigation management: project manage, organize, and maintain comprehensive responses to regulatory inquiries, data requests, requests for information, internal reviews, and reporting.
• Compliance & licensing research: assisting the legal team with deep-dive research into local statutes, regulations, and city license requirements to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Public filings & submissions: preparing electronic filings and public comments with local regulators.
• Certification & application oversight: managing the end-to-end process of obtaining necessary permits.
