Associate Program Manager

  • We are looking for an Associate Project/Program Manager to join our team.
  • The role will support our Sponsorship work and our Design team, with a focus on project management rather than advertising or design, which are nice to haves. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, be proactive, enthusiastic, and inquisitive.
  • Location – NYC (Hybrid – Onsite Tuesdays through Thursdays)
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute initiatives and projects related to Editorial Sponsorships & Design
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to build relationships, monitor, and drive project progress
  • Oversee operational program management projects for Editorial teams
  • Establish project standards, cadence, and version controls for documentation and workflows
  • Develop new project tools and templates to support the team
  • Execute projects according to plan: action items, owners, due dates, statuses, issues, lessons learned, and risks
  • Assist with creating and updating key project artifacts and facilitate meetings with agendas, minutes, and activity tracking
  • Track and report on key metrics, analyze data, derive insights, and deliver recommendations
  • Manage multiple concurrent operations projects of varying complexity
  • Build collaborative partnerships with business leads and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handle day-to-day customer needs, including product training, support, and monitoring
  • Be a team player
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in non-technical project/program management
  • Adaptable and action-oriented
  • Skilled in managing change
  • Experience in relationship management

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading and delivering complex global projects
  • Experience in Advertising or Sponsored Content
  • Experience managing projects within the Design lifecycle
  • Knowledge of project life cycle
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, identify insights, and recommend actions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive, business, and recruiting leaders
  • Proactive and productive in supporting stakeholders
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
