About The Role

As a CBRE Program Director, you will manage teams responsible for delivering a portfolio of projects and programs. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Mail, Document Services, Shipping & Receiving, and Document Services, providing industry expertise to create and deliver operational strategic programs and a superior customer experience. Your role involves analyzing, evaluating, creating, and implementing operational plans to provide best-in-class services to clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate scope of work to determine staffing needs for daily operations
  • Create presentation materials for clients outlining staffing and operational models
  • Utilize cross-functional roles for cost-effective staffing solutions
  • Ensure compliance with postal regulations, shipping requirements (IATA/DOT), security screening (CBRNE), and safety standards including HAZMAT and PPE
  • Assess current processes and identify improvement areas
  • Provide guidance on industry standards for mail and shipping operations
  • Assist account teams with operational challenges and solutions
  • Supervise staff, oversee training, conduct performance evaluations, and manage recruitment during transitions
  • Manage budgets, track financial and operational metrics
  • Serve as primary contact for clients and escalate staffing or delivery issues
  • Coordinate resources for projects, facilitate meetings, and develop processes
  • Report project statuses to senior management
  • Oversee cross-functional projects, develop program charters, and ensure timelines are met
  • Manage relationships with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines
  • Lead by example, negotiate with external partners, and solve complex operational problems
  • Travel up to 50%, including some weekends
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years combined education/experience
  • Experience in Mail/Shipping/Logistics and warehouse management
  • Knowledge of HazMat, IATA, DOT regulations; certifications preferred but must be obtained within 120 days if not already held
  • Experience with material handling equipment and safety regulations
  • Leadership skills in staffing, training, and performance management
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
