Position Summary

Analyze and understand the company's financial position, support planning and cost verification, prepare estimates at completion (EAC), conduct variance analysis, workforce projections, and revenue/profit forecasting. Support the Program Manager with business and financial analysis and reporting.

Primary and Essential Accountabilities
  • Understand the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Guide Plan process; assist in preparing program bookings, revenue, operating profit, investments, and cash flow data.
  • Understand job cost collection and billing processes for all contract types.
  • Work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Support negotiations with government, prime contractors, and foreign customers.
  • Conduct analytical studies, monitor trends, interpret results.
  • Support government compliance and audit activities.
  • Understand Standards of Conduct, including conflicts of interest, improper practices, liability, and fraud.
  • Learn contract design and structure, including FFP, CPIF, CPFF, CPAF, BOA, IDIQ, FMS, DCS, and procurement types.
  • Develop knowledge of accounting principles, CAS, and IFRS.
  • Assist in proposal preparations: bid/no-bid, cost estimating, pricing, RFP review, risk mitigation, negotiations.
  • Understand source selection evaluation, including cost and price analysis, discussions, debriefings, protests.
  • Handle program and finance tasks: BOE, budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, EVMS, EAC, forecasting, contractual reporting, risk management, ROI, audits, reviews.
  • Promote the organization's mission, values, and culture.
Secondary Accountabilities
  • Maximize IT utilization via e-commerce and ERP/Oracle.
  • Gain emerging business operations knowledge: management, business development, HR, operations, finance, economics, IT.
  • Interact effectively across all levels and cultures.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
  • MA/MS preferred.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, SOX.
  • Financial analysis skills.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Oracle, Pro Pricer.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting up to 0-5 lbs.: 0-10% of the time.
  • Walking: 25-50% of the time.
  • Climbing, Bending, Standing, Stooping: 0-10% of the time.
  • Sitting: 50-75% of the time.
  • Travel: up to 10% of the time.
Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000, subject to experience, education, skills, and location. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, tuition assistance, life insurance, disability plans, 401(k) with match, and potential bonuses. Our work schedule is a 9/80 compressed week, every other Friday off.
