Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science.
• Five years of progressive employment experience with a social services or childcare agency or organization.
• Graduate degree in a related field and clinical licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Monitor program operations, facilities, staff, children, and vehicles.
• Develop proactive plans of action for program areas assigned by leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate budget management and interdepartmental liaison.
• Provide timely feedback and support to personnel.
• Maintain staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and ratios.
• Review staff documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Supervise and participate in child assessments and admissions as needed.
• Respond to information requests about children from authorized persons.
• Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures as required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science
