Job summary

Requirements include a high school diploma, fluency in English and Spanish, CPR/First Aid certifications, and 1 year of related experience. Schedule: 6:00am–2:00pm; benefits start day one; strong record-keeping and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred associate degree or college coursework.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• First aid and CPR certifications preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing assignments to maintain staff-to-child ratios.
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff across shifts.
• Plan, organize and supervise activities for children daily.
• Provide therapeutic crisis intervention when needed.
• Schedule transportation for children as required.
• Maintain records and documentation per policy.
• Escort and supervise children during activities and outings.
• Adhere to safety protocols and confidentiality requirements.
