Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to the position.
• Monitor program operations, facilities, staff, and children to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop proactive plans of action for areas of service as assigned by leadership.
• Coordinate and facilitate budget management and inter-department liaison activities.
• Provide timely feedback and support to personnel and manage staff work schedules.
• Supervise child assessments and admission processes as needed; respond to information requests about children.
