Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a leading global private markets investment firm, is seeking an Associate to support the Global Client Solutions Product Team. You’ll help manage product operations, assist fundraising efforts, and support investor relations across platforms.

You’ll review outputs from analysts, handle ad hoc investor requests, and contribute to the preparation of pitch books, factsheets, and platform materials. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in product marketing or management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple deadlines and coordinate with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product management and marketing strategies; act as a primary resource for senior team members.
• Assist sales in completing and reviewing RFPs, DDQs and due diligence documentation for new opportunities.
• Create and review prospect materials for due diligence sessions and pitch meetings.
• Maintain and update standard product marketing materials (pitch books, factsheets, platform decks).
• Collaborate with analysts to respond to investor inquiries and support onboarding of new products.
• Help update RFP response databases and coordinate cross-team efforts to complete questionnaires.
• Contribute to training and onboarding of analysts; participate in cross-functional projects.

Within this team, the Associate will support the Venture Capital and Growth Equity solutions platform, contributing to product operations, fundraising efforts, and relationship management across product offerings.
