  • Help create and review prospect-specific materials for due diligence sessions and pitch meetings.
  • Maintain standard product marketing materials, including pitch books, factsheets, and platform decks.
  • Update the RFP response database and coordinate across teams to support RFPs and questionnaires.
  • Support new products transitioning from development to launch.
  • Provide responses for investor inquiries with analysts; escalate complex questions as needed.
  • Review analyst work for recurring reporting documents and investor deliverables.
  • Contribute to the training and onboarding of team analysts.
  • Collaborate on department projects with team members and other departments.

The Opportunity

As part of Hamilton Lane's Global Client Solutions Team, the Product Team manages and executes all aspects of our investment programs across platforms, including product management and investor relations worldwide. Within this team, the Associate will support the Venture Capital and Growth Equity solutions platform, contributing to product operations, fundraising efforts, and relationship management across product offerings. The Associate will review work completed by team analysts and serve as a resource for handling adhoc inbound requests from investors and prospects. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, able to communicate effectively and operate in a cooperative and deadline-driven environment where priorities often change.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of product management and marketing strategies, serving as primary resource for senior product team members.
  • Work with Global Client Solutions sales leads and supporting teams in completing and reviewing RFPs, DDQs, and related due diligence documents in support of new business opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Must-haves:
  • 4Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3+ years of work experience in the financial services industry, preferably within product marketing or management
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing up across multiple senior members of the team.
