We invest heavily in our people and our partners, giving you the platform to enrich lives, safeguard futures and grow your career.

The team combines deep private markets expertise with rigorous data and portfolio analysis to deliver scalable, repeatable portfolio solutions aligned with client goals. We are seeking an Analyst to join PMG within the Portfolio Implementation & Oversight vertical. • Support key PMG technology products by managing internal requests, validating data quality, and supporting ongoing maintenance and enhancement
  • Help maintain and enhance standard operating procedures, checklists, and controls that govern portfolio implementation and oversight.
  • Build and maintain reporting and analytics (primarily in Excel and Power BI) that provide transparency into PMG processes, portfolio activity and key metrics
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and helping to test and roll out new workflows
Your background and skills will include:
  • Bachelorâs degree; quantitative, finance, economics, or related disciplines a plus; 3.3+ GPA preferred.
  • Familiarity with private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets and/or secondaries) and strong interest in portfolio management.
  • Solid understanding of core financial concepts and calculations (e.g., IRR/MOIC, NAV, commitment vs. deployed, exposure).
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); interest in or exposure to Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams and deadlines across a portfolio lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and professional demeanor, with willingness to own tasks and follow them through to completion.
  • Teamâoriented mindset and ability to work productively across multiple verticals (investments, operations, technology, client coverage).
