Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks a Senior Associate for the Strategic Partner Group in Conshohocken, PA. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, turn strategy into executable plans, and partner with business leaders to drive organizational design and process improvements.

You will manage multiple initiatives, develop detailed project plans, and ensure follow-through and governance, while preparing leadership-ready updates and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in program/project management, management consulting, or organizational change management.
• Ability to operate with incomplete information and shifting scope.
• Strong organizational and follow-through discipline with project plans and governance cadences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear workplans, milestones, owners, and decision points.
• Build and run the operating machinery behind each initiative: integrated project plans, meeting cadences, governance forums, trackers, and dashboards.
• Partner with stakeholders across lines, regions, and functions to align on org design and operating model.
• Track commitments and surface blockers, tradeoffs, and escalation needs for executive decisions.
• Support change-adoption by documenting new processes and ensuring adoption.
