Hamilton Lane is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Innovation Team and help shape the firm’s technology roadmap across Operations and other internal functions. Reporting to the Co‑Head of Product, this role will partner with business leaders—primarily across Operations—to identify technology needs, define practical solutions, and improve how work gets done. The Associate Product Manager will serve as a product owner and strategic partner from discovery through implementation and go‑live. The role will partner with team leaders to evaluate buy‑versus‑build options, align stakeholders, shape roadmaps, coordinate delivery, champion adoption, and own the ongoing performance of assigned platforms and internally built applications. Initial priorities will include partnering with HR and Finance leaders to develop and champion a Workday roadmap, serving as Product Manager for internally built applications, and scoping and prioritizing technology needs across HL Operations over one‑year and three‑year planning horizons.
Minimal travel outside of attending some conferences on occasion as needed.
