J.Crew Group is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Web Experience product team, supporting delivery across browse, PDP, checkout, and payments for J.Crew.com. This is an entry-level role designed to build bench strength within a growing product organization, working closely with a Senior Product Manager and cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and QA.

Role is expected on-site Tuesday thru Thursday Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day execution across active

Competenze

• 0-2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (internships considered).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with data to inform decisions
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
• Interest in ecommerce, retail, or digital experience a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day execution across active workstreams, including Dynamic Merchandising, Klarna, Stripe, PDP Reimagine, PLP Reimagine, and Social Landing Pages
• Assist with backlog grooming, requirements writing, and sprint planning alongside senior product management
• Coordinate QA cycles and help triage bugs and edge cases through to resolution
• Partner with engineering to translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
• Track initiative progress and help surface blockers early
• Support post-launch analysis to help the team learn from experiments and releases
