Free Market Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Associate Product Manager to improve how work gets done across internal teams, partnering with operations, product, and engineering to identify workflow gaps and define clear requirements.

You will support the product lifecycle from concept through launch, translate needs into acceptance criteria, and drive data-informed iterations that increase operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in operations, business analysis, product, implementation, process improvement, or customer/internal support roles.
• Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into written artifacts.
• Exposure to software delivery cycles and working with engineering or technical teams.
• 5+ years experience with healthcare, Specialty Pharmacy, PBM, Pharma, or Payer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal operations and stakeholder teams to understand pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Translate internal needs into clear product requirements with acceptance criteria.
• Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including validation, QA, release coordination, and post-release follow-up.
• Coordinate with product owners and delivery partners to clarify scope and sequence work.
• Use data-driven methods to evaluate changes and recommend iterations.
• Provide enablement materials and drive adoption through training and demos.
