Job summary

Rezdy seeks an Associate Product Manager to serve as the dependable NA presence, covering hours when the Sydney/Melbourne team is offline. You will translate between technical and commercial audiences and build product judgment by working closely with a senior PM.

You will connect time zones, support and AM teams, triage incidents, track churn risk, and answer status questions on Booking Manager and Distribution while aligning with the senior PM's roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management or product operations.
• Able to work with another PM's priorities and add judgment.
• Experience with incident management and communicating under pressure.
• Experience translating between technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Be NA's daily link between North America stakeholders — support and account management teams — and the Sydney/Melbourne-based PM and dev team, flagging decisions in real time.
• Coordinate with Commercial leads and distribution partners and Distribution Resellers.
• Keep incidents moving during NA hours and triage escalations using a severity framework.
• Surface churn risk and frame it for sprint planning.
• Be NA's go-to for status questions on Booking Manager and Distribution, working with the senior PM's roadmap.
• Help execute release communications during NA hours, without owning release planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering to relay NA context without making trade-off decisions.
• Use AI tools to speed up research, troubleshooting, and day-to-day tasks.
