Job summary

Halo Media is seeking an Associate Product Manager to champion the digital Guest experience and support delivery and maintenance of enterprise digital products. You will collaborate with Design, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure alignment with the digital vision.

You will translate strategy into prioritized user stories in Jira, coordinate across cross-functional teams, and support go-to-market execution, content configuration, and uptime across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in online/digital industry.
• Strong CMS proficiency and digital publishing experience (DScribe noted).
• Experience with GTM tools and content triage processes.
• Ability to coordinate across Design, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Excellent written/spoken English; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Champion the digital guest experience across web and mobile.
• Translate strategy into prioritized user stories and requirements (Jira).
• Align product requirements with design and tech teams.
• Support GTM execution, content config, media assets, and launches.
• Triage technical, user, and business issues in CMS; coordinate with eng.
• Manage intake across business units and flag operational issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across coastlines.
