Rezdy is seeking an Associate Product Manager to act as the dependable NA presence, bridging time zones between North America stakeholders and our Sydney/Melbourne PM and dev teams. You will support operations, triage incidents, and provide clear updates while learning from a senior PM.

The role emphasizes collaboration, real-time decision making, and hands-on contribution to sprint planning without owning a global roadmap from day one.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or closely related operational/customer-facing roles.
• Comfort working with another PM's priorities and roadmap with your own judgment.
• Experience with incident or issue management processes and communicating under time pressure.
• Ability to translate between legacy constraints and current product priorities for engineering and commercial audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Be the NA daily link between North America stakeholders and Sydney/Melbourne PM and dev team, flagging decisions in real time.
• Surface and track churn risk from NA accounts and capture urgency for sprint planning.
• Answer for is this expected / known / status for Booking Manager and Distribution.
• Support and communicate release status during NA hours without owning release planning.
