Job summary

Expedia Group is seeking a Product Manager III to own the post-booking servicing capabilities after confirmation. You will shape product strategy, drive API design, and collaborate with engineering, operations, and partner teams to improve cancellations, refunds, relocations, and disruption handling.

You will lead with an eye for operational complexity, ensure compliance-aware requirements, and push for self-serve options that reduce manual work while improving partner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B, platform, marketplace, or travel technology products.
• Strong experience with API or platform products, including RESTful APIs, integration workflows, and developer experience.
• Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, create roadmaps, write clear requirements, and deliver iteratively with engineering teams.
• Experience in operationally complex domains where financial, compliance, or policy rules shape product requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, including data and product metrics to inform prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for post-booking servicing capabilities, including modifications, cancellations, refunds, relocations, and disruption notifications.
• Partner with engineering across the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization of servicing workflows.
• Define self-serve capabilities, including AI-assisted case triage and resolution suggestions to reduce contact center volume.
• Design proactive and reactive notification capabilities (disruption alerts, availability changes) for travelers and partners.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, servicing, and partner success teams to define escalation paths and SLAs.
