Job summary

Rezdy is seeking an Associate Product Manager to be our dependable NA presence, covering hours when Sydney/Melbourne teams are offline. You will support a senior PM, translate between technical and commercial audiences, and build product judgment through close collaboration rather than owning a full roadmap.

In this role, you will connect North America stakeholders with APAC teams, triage incidents, monitor churn risk, and help with release communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management, operations, or similar roles.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and translate between technical and commercial audiences.
• Experience handling incident/issue management and clear time-critical communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NA time zones and act as the daily link between NA stakeholders and Sydney/Melbourne teams.
• Serve as NA distribution conduit for Commercial leads and distribution partners.
• Triages incidents during NA hours with defined severity framework.
• Surface NA churn risk intake and frame it for sprint planning.
• Answer questions on Booking Manager and Distribution with close alignment to roadmap.
• Support release communications during NA hours and maintain updates.
