Job summary

Rezdy is seeking an Associate Product Manager to be our dependable NA presence, bridging North America stakeholders and the Sydney/Melbourne PM and dev team in real time. This role emphasizes operational rigor, translating between technical and commercial audiences, and building product judgment alongside a senior PM.

You will triage incidents, manage churn risk, and contribute to release communications during NA hours while aligning with the senior PM roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management, product operations, or a closely related operational/customer-facing role in B2B SaaS.
• Comfort working with another PM's priorities and roadmap, bringing judgement and context to execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across North America stakeholders and Sydney/Melbourne teams, flagging decisions and blockers in real time.
• Serve as NA distribution conduit for Commercial leads and distribution partners.
• Triage incidents during NA hours using a defined severity framework; escalate as needed and provide clear updates.
• Surface and track churn risk from NA account-manager-flagged input and prepare context for sprint planning.
• Answer status questions for Booking Manager and Distribution in NA hours, aligned with the senior PM roadmap.
