Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a box truck or large pickup.
• Experience using tools for furniture assembly.
• Familiar with woodshop tools and hardware.
• Familiar with paint tools and supplies.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse artists and teams.
• Capable of working in a high-paced environment.
• Good critical thinking.
• Proficient with Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production tasks and logistics on-site.
• Perform shopping and purchasing of art supplies and materials.
• Manage purchases with Google Sheets; maintain receipts and files.
• Keep shop space organized; assist with light assembly.
• Support budget tracking for anchors and spaces.
• Ensure art protection and safe handling of works in progress.
• Assist with inventory of production materials and equipment.
