Job summary

The Film Market in Burbank, CA is seeking a Producer's Assistant to support the Senior Producer across all facets of our content production pipeline. This full-time on-site role lives at our studio in Burbank, where you will help manage schedules, assets, and tasks from pre to post production.

You will contribute to designs, props, and wardrobe decisions, stay hyper organized, and build grids to track progress.

Qualifications

• 2 years of production company, on-set, or studio experience, focusing on coordination or project management.
• Must be systems and process oriented; able to build grids and graphs to track tasks/log data.
• Must have creative eye in production design, props, and/or wardrobe.
• Must be able to contribute constructively during the pre production, production, and post production process.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented with the ability to creatively solve problems during shoots.
• Bonus if you have vibecoding experience / experience building AI tools.
