Associate Process Analyst - Quality Management

Job Overview

Moog is seeking an Associate Process Analyst – Quality Management (QM) to support our digital transformation journey within Moog Aerospace & Defense (A&D). This role involves working with SAP S/4HANA, iBASEt Solumina, and legacy TIPQA systems to enhance and sustain quality processes across global sites. The position offers remote or hybrid work options based in Buffalo, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and improving ERP/MES/QMS solutions, with technical expertise and process knowledge.
• Maintain relationships with software providers and project teams, escalating issues as necessary.
• Analyze business needs, considering QMS, MES, ERP, PLM, and supporting IT systems, to implement efficient processes.
• Support the sustainment of legacy TIPQA modules and facilitate testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation such as Process Definition Documents, Process Flows, and Test Scripts.
• Schedule meetings for training and stakeholder engagement.
• Perform Scrum Master duties, maintaining User Stories and backlogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality business processes like Nonconformance, Corrective Actions, and Audits.
• Experience with Solumina’s Quality functionality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• US Citizenship is required.

Compensation

Buffalo, NY: $72,000–$92,000 annually. Additional benefits include bonuses, stock purchase plans, and region-specific perks.
