Job Overview

LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking Wholesale Account Executives to work remotely in California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Texas. This role involves learning about Non-QM Mortgage products during a three-month training program. We support the expansion of mortgage originators' businesses by providing loan options for applicants who do not meet conforming guidelines. Responsibilities

• Market LendSure loan products to prospective brokers/bankers via calling leads and telemarketing channels.
• Manage existing broker relationships, including approvals, education, and customer service regarding process, product, and technology.
• Utilize company-supplied and self-generated leads, along with marketing resources, to initiate contact with new mortgage brokers/bankers.
• Coordinate broker/bank approval processes and wholesale agreements.
• Conduct video presentations to brokers/bankers.
• Meet minimum production goals and track daily activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Make 50-75 calls per day.
• Manage the loan pipeline actively and provide ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
