Goldman Sachs in Salt Lake City is seeking an Associate for the Private Secondaries Group to help execute and grow the PSG platform. The role centers on platform strategy, deal execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

You will contribute to scaling processes and driving strategic initiatives across the private markets platform, enabling efficient liquidity events and enhanced client outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Transaction execution: support the execution and closing of secondary transactions, including quarterly auctions, LP-led sales, GP-led liquidity events, and strategic platform transactions.
• Cross-functional coordination: partner across Deal Teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology to facilitate seamless transaction execution and issue resolution.
• Process enhancement: help design and improve workflows, controls, and operating procedures to increase efficiency, mitigate risk, and support business growth.
• Stakeholder management: coordinate with internal teams, fund managers, custodians, transfer agents, and other external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Risk & compliance oversight: support adherence to regulatory requirements, firm policies, and risk management standards across all transactions.
• Platform development & strategic growth: drive scaling of infrastructure, lead strategic initiatives for scalability and client experience, identify automation opportunities, and support growth across the PSG platform.
