Qualificações

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, with operations, deal execution or middle-office roles.
• Proven track record coordinating across multiple functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage complex secondary transactions and liquidity events.
• Coordinate across deal teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Technology.
• Design and optimize workflows, controls, and processes to scale the PSG platform.
• Support risk management, regulatory adherence, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities for automation and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
