Goldman Sachs is seeking an Associate to join the Private Secondaries Group, focusing on PSG Platform Strategy and Management. You will help execute complex secondary transactions and manage liquidity events, coordinating with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology.

This role offers the chance to design scalable processes, enhance platform infrastructure, and drive strategic initiatives to support growth across the PSG.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for operations, transaction management, middle office, or deal execution roles within wealth/asset management or private investing.
• Proven track record of managing complex operational workflows, deal closings, or settlement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between deal teams and support teams.
• Strong project management skills with an efficiency-focused mindset and the ability to balance complex timelines.
• High attention to detail, strong risk awareness, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong collaborative ties across global functions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and manage secondary transactions and liquidity events across the PSG platform.
• Coordinate with Deal Teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology to facilitate seamless transaction execution.
• Design and improve workflows, controls, and operating procedures to increase efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Coordinate with fund managers, custodians, transfer agents, and external partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management standards across all transactions.
• Partner with senior leadership, Technology, and external vendors to scale PSG platform infrastructure.
• Drive key business and platform initiatives to support scalability and client experience.
