Job summary

Goldman Sachs's Private Secondaries Group seeks an Associate to execute and manage complex secondary transactions and private asset liquidity events across the PSG platform from Dallas, TX.

You will act as a central coordinator across Deal Teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax and Technology, designing workflows, improving controls, mitigating risk, and driving strategic initiatives to scale the business and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to bridge deal teams and support functions.
• Proven track record managing complex operational workflows and deal closings.
• High attention to detail with risk awareness in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and closing of secondary transactions and liquidity events across PSG.
• Coordinate with Deal Teams, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Technology to enable seamless transaction execution.
• Design and improve workflows, controls, and operating procedures to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with fund managers, custodians, transfer agents, and external partners throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
• Support regulatory adherence and platform scaling through collaboration with senior leadership and Technology.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance scalability, performance, and client experience across the PSG platform.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-enabled solutions to improve execution and growth.
• Assist leadership in evaluating new processes and capabilities shaping the Private Secondaries Group's evolution.
