Responsibilities

Leadership Delivery

• Lead technical design code reviews and solution architecture for Salesforce projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing technical guidance and best practices
• Oversee the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment and support
• Collaborate with functional consultants business analysts and architects to deliver endtoend solutions
• Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce governor limits security standards and scalability principles

Solution Design Development

• Translate business requirements into robust reusable Salesforce solutions
• Develop advanced components using Apex Lightning Web Components LWC Aura Visualforce and platform automation tools
• Design and optimize APIs integrations and data models to support business processes
• Ensure high performance security and scalability of solutions

Mentorship and Team Collaboration

• Provide technical mentorship to Salesforce developers and junior team members
• Conduct code reviews technical workshops and best practice sessions
• Support Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog grooming retrospectives as a technical leader
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and testing strategies are met

Support Continuous Improvement

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis
• Proactively recommend process improvements new features and platform optimizations
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases new features and AppExchange solutions and guide adoption

Ideal Background

Minimum 10 Years Of Salesforce Development Experience

• Proficient in Apex Classes Apex Triggers SOQLSOSL LWC Aura Components Visualforce
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configurations
• Strong experience with SOAPREST APIs

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
