Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead in Orlando, FL, with 7 to 11 years of Salesforce development experience. The role focuses on Apex, Salesforce integration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

You will lead API integrations, collaborate across teams, and mentor developers while ensuring code quality and governance. A strong background in REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures is essential.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex and integration using REST/SOAP and streaming APIs.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications and integrations ensuring high performance and security.
• Architect and implement API integrations to ensure data consistency and system reliability.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and offshore teams to deliver maintainable solutions.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups and retrospectives.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers to foster skill development.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing and deployment activities to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Document technical designs, integration workflows and deployment processes for knowledge sharing.

Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components LWC Develop and maintain robust integrations with external systems leveraging REST SOAP Streaming APIs and eventdriven architectures Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices coding standards and governance policies Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and features to continuously enhance solution quality
